Department of Medical Communication
The Department of Medical Communication is dedicated to the advancement, research, and refinement of communication processes within the medical field.
Our overarching mission is to improve the quality of healthcare by fostering soft skills and cultivating trust in patient–healthcare professional relationships. Our team comprises experts in medicine, psychology, and communication.
We firmly believe that effective and context-appropriate communication between medical personnel, patients, and healthcare institutions directly enhances the quality of care, treatment outcomes, and patient safety. Accordingly, we remain committed to raising standards in this vital area of healthcare.
Educational activities
As part of its academic mission, the Department of Medical Communication offers:
- Training programs in medical communication for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, delivered both in-person and online.
